How Our Founder Scaled Insurance Advisor Leads from 15 to 1,800 Per Day
Before RSXigital, Manjeet Yadav led digital marketing at a fast-growing insurance aggregator. He and his team took advisor leads from 15 to 1,800 a day, cut the cost of each activated advisor by 60%, and lifted onboarding conversion by 170%. The same playbook now sits behind our work for clients.

We want to be clear about where this work comes from.
This was done in-house, before RSXigital was founded in 2023. Manjeet Yadav was Head of Digital at the company, and the client name is kept private. We share it because it is the clearest proof of how we think about lead quality, and every number below is from that work.
The problem
Only 15 advisor leads a day. Too many drop-offs, a high cost for each activated advisor, and no clear link between ads and real outcomes.
What was built
Audiences by city tier, three ad channels, a funnel tracked from lead to first policy, steady page and ad testing, and ad data tied to the CRM.
The result
1,800 advisor leads a day, 60% lower activation cost, 170% higher onboarding conversion, and 3.4 times the click rate.
From 15 leads a day to 1,800.
That is 120 times more advisor leads every day, and a rise of 11,900%. The bars below are drawn to scale, so the first one is a sliver.
Lead quality was protected throughout. The goal was always activated advisors, not just a bigger lead number.
A digital-first insurance aggregator that needed more good advisors.
The platform helps insurance advisors issue policies online, with no paperwork and no face-to-face meetings. It serves both businesses and consumers, but growing the advisor base was the main lever for growth.
To grow steadily, it needed more than lead volume. It needed advisors who would finish onboarding, complete KYC, issue a first policy and stay active.

Leads were coming in. Active advisors were not.
The funnel was leaking in several places, and nobody could see exactly where.
Too few leads
Only 15 advisor leads a day, far below what growth needed.
Costly activation
Broad targeting and a weak onboarding path meant too many leads dropped before activating.
A hidden funnel
Drop-offs between lead, KYC, first policy and retention were hard to see.
No full return view
Revenue and activation were not tied back to the ads that started them.
The core problem: lead volume, activation cost and funnel visibility were not working together.
Five parts of one clear advisor-acquisition system.
The shift was simple: stop chasing a bigger lead number and build something measurable from first ad to first policy.
Messages made for each kind of advisor
We split advisors into Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 audiences by region, language, device and how comfortable they are online. Each group saw a message that sounded like them.
Each tier had its own language, device focus and message.
Three channels for three moods
People are in different frames of mind at different times. We used Google Search, Facebook Lead Ads and YouTube Action Ads so we could meet advisors at each level of interest.
A funnel you can see end to end
We mapped every step from a lead to MQL, SQL, KYC, activated advisor, first policy and retention. For the first time, it was clear exactly where people were dropping off.
The stages are real. The bar sizes are only an illustration, not client data.
Testing, over and over
We kept testing landing pages and ad creatives to learn which words and page layouts brought better clicks, stronger intent and better leads.
An illustration of the idea. Not a client page.
Ads connected to real outcomes
We connected ad data to the CRM, to activation and to first-policy results. From then on, we judged campaigns by activated advisors, not just by cost per lead.

From low-volume leads to a steady advisor engine.
Daily advisor leads rose after the campaigns were rebuilt and the funnel became visible.
Better targeting, funnel tracking and a focus on activation cut the cost of each active advisor.
A cleaner funnel moved far more leads from enquiry through to onboarding.
Creative tests, local messages and audience groups made the ads far more engaging.
The biggest unlock was not spending more on ads. It was joining paid media, funnel tracking, CRM data and activation into one system you can measure.
Client dashboards stay private, so we do not show screenshots. The client name is also kept private.
We stopped counting leads and started counting activated advisors.
A lead is only the start. The people who matter are the ones who finish onboarding, sell a policy and stay. Once the ads, the funnel and the CRM all pointed at that one goal, every decision got easier, and every rupee did more work.

How did advisor leads grow from 15 to 1,800 a day?
By rebuilding the paid media funnel. Audiences were split by city tier, ads ran across Google, Facebook and YouTube, and every step from lead to first policy was tracked and improved.
