This page explains how RSXigital uses WhatsApp and Meta tools, and what happens to the information that comes through them. It works together with our main Privacy Policy.
Who we are
RSXigital is a B2B performance marketing agency. You can reach us at info@rsxigital.com.
How we use WhatsApp and Meta
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform to talk with people who contact us or book a call with us. For example, we may send a booking confirmation, a reminder, or a reply to a question you asked us. We only message you when you have contacted us or asked us to.
We use Facebook’s public profile information only where you choose to sign in or connect with us through Meta.
What information we receive
- Your name and WhatsApp phone number
- The messages you send us and the replies we send back
- Booking details you share, such as your preferred time and company name
- Your public profile name and profile picture, if you connect through Meta
Why we use it
We use this information only to answer your questions, confirm and remind you about calls, and run our service for you. We do not sell your information. We do not use it to build profiles for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Who can see it
Only the RSXigital team members who need it to help you. We also use trusted tools to run our service, such as WhatsApp (Meta), our booking tool and our hosting provider. They handle your information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to help you or to meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How we protect it
Access is limited to our team, and we use secure, password-protected tools. No system is perfectly safe, but we take care to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp. You can also ask to see, fix or delete your information. To delete it, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.
