You can ask RSXigital to delete the information we received about you through WhatsApp or Meta. Here is how.
How to ask for deletion
- Send an email to info@rsxigital.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
- Write the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us, and your name.
- If you signed in through Facebook, add the name on your Facebook profile so we can find your record.
You can also send us a WhatsApp message saying “delete my data” from the number you want deleted.
What happens next
- We reply within 3 working days to confirm we received your request.
- We delete your information from our systems within 30 days. This includes your messages, phone number, booking details and any Meta profile details we saved.
- We send you a short message once it is done.
Things to know
We may keep a small amount of information if the law requires it, for example for tax or legal records. Messages you sent on WhatsApp may also stay on your own phone and in WhatsApp itself. Those are managed by you and by WhatsApp, not by us.
Remove RSXigital from your Facebook account
If you connected with us through Facebook, you can remove our app yourself: open Facebook, go to Settings, then Apps and Websites, find RSXigital Automation and choose Remove. Then email us to delete anything we already hold.
